We’re so glad you’re here. To help keep everyone safe and happy, please read and follow the guidelines below:
Supervision
• Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or a gradian responsible adult.
• Our staff are here to help, but do not directly supervise children during general play.
• The responsible adult should supervise their children while using the slide and the stairs to ensure safe use.
Safety Rules
• Please ensure your child uses equipment safely and appropriately.
• If you notice a hazard or incident, report it to a staff member immediately.
• Eating should take place at the table under the adult supervision. Running while eating is a choking hazard.
Safeguarding
• All staff are safeguarding aware and trained to respond to concerns.
• If you feel uncomfortable or witness anything inappropriate, please speak to our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• For your safety, we reserve the right to operate our CCTV cameras and review the footage when necessary.
Cleanliness & Health
• Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are available—please use them.
• If your child is unwell, please visit another day to protect others.
Emergencies
• In case of fire or emergency, follow staff instructions and evacuate via marked exits.
